By creating an account or accessing KormaDesk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Summitstone Enterprises LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us").

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING ON KORMADESK CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER KIND OF ADVICE. THE COMPANY IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR, BROKER-DEALER, OR FINANCIAL PLANNER.
All data, analysis, scores, signals, AI-generated commentary, and trade ideas displayed on the Service are informational tools only. You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
3. Options Trading Risk Disclosure
Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You may lose your entire investment. Past performance of any trade, signal, or strategy displayed on the Service does not guarantee future results. The P&L figures shown in My Edge reflect your own personal trade journal entries and are not representations of platform performance or guaranteed outcomes.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
· You are at least 18 years of age
· You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
· You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
· You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using information from the Service
· You will maintain the security of your account credentials
5. My Edge — Personal Trade Journal
The My Edge feature is a personal decision journal tool. Trade entries, P&L tracking, and AI analysis within My Edge reflect your own inputs and are for personal record-keeping purposes only. The Company makes no representations about the accuracy of P&L calculations, which depend on third-party market data. You acknowledge that historical option price data may be unavailable for expired contracts.
6. Data and Third-Party Sources
Market data, news, analyst ratings, and other financial information displayed on the Service are sourced from third-party providers. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Third-party data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SUMMITSTONE ENTERPRISES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Summitstone Enterprises LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your trading decisions; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its scoring engine, AI analysis methodology, and software, is the proprietary property of Summitstone Enterprises LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, conducted in Montgomery County, Maryland. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by requiring re-acknowledgment before continued use of the Service. Continued use after re-acknowledgment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
