Pick one ticker on Radar.
You do not need a perfect shortlist. Start with one name and a reason to investigate it.
- Open Radar. Begin with the ranked list. On desktop, click a score heading to sort; on mobile, use Sort by.
- Choose one name that interests you. Compare its score, price change and regime. There is no need to start with the first row.
- Open Details if a saved read is shown. Read the full condition and its age. The short line is only a preview.
- Click the ticker to open Command. Or choose Full Analysis → to go straight to that tab. You still choose when to run it.
Choose one ticker and write one sentence about why you want to research it.
Want to hunt for a particular kind of setup?
Open Screener. Choose a Quick Screen such as Momentum or News Catalysts, or enter custom filters and click Run Screen. Review the resulting names in Command. A preset narrows the search; it does not validate a trade.
Understand the details behind this step
Let Radar narrow the field
Sort by composite, then compare trend, flow, news, analyst and macro scores. Open Details when supporting scores are tucked away. Look for agreement—and the weak link.
Already have a ticker?
Use Search ticker to go to Command. A name from a headline, a watchlist or your own research can enter the same workflow.
Read each layer separately
- Price and change: check the quote’s session and observation time in Command.
- Composite and regime: ranking context, not permission to enter.
- Saved read: an earlier Full Analysis, with its own age and conditions. Open the complete text before acting.
Why does a row sometimes have no saved read?
Not every candidate has a recent usable dossier. Older ALIGNED rows can also lack a stored short headline. Current saved reads are muted after 24 hours and omitted at 36 hours. A blank read is not a negative verdict.
Find the story behind the move.
Use Intel to discover a lead and find its source. Then take a clear question into Command.
- Open Intel → Market Overview. Get your bearings from the market context, movers and sector activity.
- Find a reason for the move. Scroll to Daily News Scan, or switch to Market News. Open the headline and check the source and date.
- Follow the question into a specific feed. Smart Money Flow, Insider Trades, Congress Trades, Dark Pool and Macro each offer a different view.
- Bring the ticker back to Search ticker. Keep the source link and the question you want the analysis to answer.
Find one dated source and ask: what changed, and has price already reacted?
Where are the Reddit and X signals?
Social Velocity appears in Market Overview. This capture shows “No social observations were returned.” That means coverage is unconfirmed, not that social activity is quiet. Use the dated news and source checks while social coverage is unavailable.
Understand the details behind this step
- Find what changed. Is this a new announcement, an old headline resurfacing, or a reaction to a move that already happened?
- Check the clock. Publication time, first-seen time and quote time are different. A fresh-looking feed item can describe an older event.
- Open the source. Confirm material details in a filing, company release or another primary source where possible.
- Compare the tape. Has price already reacted? Is there enough liquidity to investigate a realistic position?
- Carry one question to Command. For example: “Does this catalyst change the business outlook, and what would disprove that?”
Reddit / X in Market Overview
Look for a change in independent attention, not just the loudest count. Check repeated posts, ticker ambiguity and whether the claim has a dated source. Social activity alone does not establish accumulation or an imminent move.
Build a short hunt list
Keep the source link, event time, research question and the price already reached. A short list of explainable candidates is easier to review than a long list of symbols.
Get to know your ticker in Command.
Search is your shortcut from any page. Check that the company and instrument match what you intended.
- Type your symbol into Search ticker. Select the matching company in the dropdown. Our screenshots use NVDA only to demonstrate navigation.
- Confirm the heading and price labels. A session close and an after-hours observation can differ.
- Open the tab that answers your question. Start with News for a catalyst, Technicals for price structure, or Fundamentals for the business.
- Choose Open Analysis or Full Analysis. This opens the analysis area; the run button is a separate step.
Confirm the company, identify the price basis, and inspect one evidence tab.
Understand the details behind this step
Before you start Full Analysis
- Confirm the ticker and company. Similar symbols can refer to unrelated businesses.
- Read the analysis-price and session-close labels. A session close and an extended-hours observation need not match.
- Check the evidence age. An unavailable observation time is a gap, not proof that a quote is current.
- Separate observations from conclusions: sampled options premium is not every market trade, and a dark-pool print does not identify the buyer’s intent.
Where do I go next?
Choose Full Analysis and explicitly start the analysis there. Opening a Radar row or its Full Analysis link is navigation; it does not by itself authorize a fresh model run.
Run a review. Read the whole answer.
Full Analysis brings the evidence and model reviews together. The condition tells you what still needs to happen.
- Select Run Korma Analysis when ready. The run uses your account’s analysis allowance. Follow the stage labels and elapsed clock while it works.
- Start with the final verdict and timestamp. Read the complete condition, then the separate invalidation. A model vote is not the final dossier.
- Read the opposing case. Expand the evidence and inspect any corrections or disagreement before deciding.
- Choose the next action. Save the analysis to revisit it, continue into Trade Builder if appropriate, or record what you are waiting for.
Locate the entry requirement and invalidation. Explain each in your own words before moving on.
In Command, choose Full Analysis. The screenshots demonstrate the controls and reading order; no new analysis was run to make this guide.
Understand the details behind this step
ALIGNED
The final assessment supports the setup at the stated basis. It is not a measured probability of success, a guaranteed fill or approval of every options contract.
CONDITIONAL
One or more requirements remain unmet. Read every AND/OR clause, threshold and date. A partial match does not satisfy the whole condition.
WAIT / AVOID
WAIT means the case is not sufficiently actionable. AVOID means the assessment weighs against it. Read the reasons and invalidation, rather than treating either as a forecast of a specific price move.
Final verdict unavailable
The final response did not pass the required checks. Individual model votes remain evidence to inspect; they are not a replacement final verdict.
A useful reading order
- Final verdict, price basis and timestamp.
- Complete entry condition and the separate invalidation.
- Supporting evidence, opposing evidence and explicit corrections.
- Source receipts, then model disagreement.
Condition: completed session close above $105 AND flow percentile above 70.
Does three out of four models mean a 75% win rate?
No. Agreement is a description of the reviews. The models can share inputs and errors; their votes are not independent trials. Outcome research must establish any performance claim separately.
Can I get an alert for every condition?
Only conditions supported by the alert system can be monitored automatically. A manual condition still requires your review. An entry trigger is not the same as a stop or thesis invalidation.
Turn the idea into an exact position.
Trade Builder checks the position you configure. Work through its four steps in order.
- Open Trade Builder from Command. Select the strategy that matches the exposure you intend, then click Next.
- Configure the exact position. You can select a displayed contract card to populate the fields. Check action, strike, listed expiry, premium and quantity for every leg.
- Review the total risk. Read cost or credit, maximum loss, gain limit and expiry breakeven. Use Back to correct the inputs before proceeding.
- Continue to AI Validate when ready. Read the position-specific result and objections. An ALIGNED stock analysis does not automatically approve this contract.
Check the contract identity and total possible loss. If the numbers do not make sense, go back before validating.
The expiry field looks different on my device
Expiry now uses your browser’s native date control; its appearance varies by device. The fourth screenshot shows the deployed field. Choose a date on which the exact contract is listed. A calendar date alone does not establish that a contract exists.
Understand the details behind this step
- Strategy: choose the exposure you intend, including bullish, bearish or neutral direction.
- Configure: inspect recommendations, then confirm each leg’s action, strike, expiry, premium and quantity. Use a listed contract; choosing a calendar date alone does not create one.
- Review: compare total cost/credit, maximum loss and gain, expiry breakeven, quote basis, spread and timestamps.
- AI Validate: read the position-specific assessment and red-team concerns. An alternative structure shown beside it is not separately validated unless you submit that alternative for its own review.
One standard, unadjusted 100-share contract. At expiry, before fees. This is arithmetic, not a forecast or a recommendation.
What should stay visible in a real trade review?
Position size, cash committed, maximum loss, capped or uncapped gain, breakeven, expiry and price basis. Keep contract multiplier, per-unit arithmetic and dated quote receipts available for inspection. If risk cannot be verified, a clean-looking summary must not hide that gap.
What do IV rank and modeled PoP tell me?
IV rank is historical context. It alone does not prove options are cheap, establish the contract’s volatility, or cap a gain. Modeled PoP depends on a model and its assumptions; it is not an observed win rate or a guarantee.
Contract fundamentals: OCC / Options Industry Council: Options Basics. Standard contracts usually represent 100 shares, but adjustments can change deliverables. Check your exact contract.
Save the decision. Return to it.
My Edge helps you separate an idea you are watching from a position you actually entered.
- Save the research you want to revisit. Use the save action on a completed analysis, or My Edge from the completed Trade Builder review.
- Open My Edge → Journal. Use watching, traded, closed and expired to find the right records.
- Keep intention separate from execution. If you entered a position, record the actual fill and quantity. When you exit, record what actually happened.
- Return to your original reason. Did the condition occur? Did invalidation occur? What evidence changed? Keep that explanation with the outcome.
Find a saved idea, or plan what you will save after your first analysis. Choose a time to revisit it.
Understand the details behind this step
Before an entry
Record the complete trigger, separate invalidation, intended holding period and what you will review next. If the condition is unmet, waiting is an explicit decision.
After a fill or exit
Record the actual contract, quantity, price and time. A builder quote is not your fill. Reconcile a disputed exit with the broker record before grading it.
Review three different outcomes
Know what this screen records: closing a trade currently freezes its latest cached mark. The actual-contract column uses your recorded entry, but its close snapshot is not a confirmed broker exit fill. Reconcile realized results to your broker records.
- What you actually realized: actual entry and exit cash flows for the same position, with fees and partial fills where available.
- How the contract was marked: a valuation observation with its own source and time, not a confirmed sale.
- What happened after exit: a hypothetical path for the same contract, measured from the close—not from the original entry. Expiry and corporate actions matter.
What if there is no complete price path?
Say “not measurable” for the missing comparison. A single stored peak cannot establish the order of stop and target hits, a fill at the peak, or a reliable best-exit rule.
What does a review look like?
Check whether the thesis still holds, how much time remains, how the contract’s value and liquidity changed, and whether your predetermined review point was reached. Log your action and its reason. This guide does not enable an automated exit service.
Make your first research note.
Keep it short enough that you will read it again. These notes stay in this page’s memory until you close or reload it.
Fill in what you learned. “Wait” and “not enough evidence” are useful conclusions too. Print the note if you want to keep it.
